Using SocialPost

SocialPost provides tools for drafting, scheduling, and publishing content to supported social networks. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information.

Your accounts and content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant SocialPost the limited permission needed to store, process, and submit that content to the social accounts you connect. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with each platform's rules.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, or platform rate limits.
• Do not interfere with the service or another user's data.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Charges are handled by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Availability and liability

Social networks can change or suspend their APIs, and scheduled delivery cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance. The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the previous 12 months.
