Who operates Paperbird

Paperbird is the trading name of the scheduling service offered at paperbird.cc. [Registered legal entity: to be confirmed by the operator.] For notices, use the contact page or email support@paperbird.cc.

Using Paperbird

Paperbird provides tools for drafting, scheduling, and publishing content to supported social networks. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information.

Your accounts and content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Paperbird the limited permission needed to store, process, and submit that content to the social accounts you connect. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with each platform's rules.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, or platform rate limits.
• Do not interfere with the service or another user's data.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Charges are handled by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Ending access

You may stop using the service and cancel a paid plan at any time through the billing portal. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, including the acceptable-use rules. Ending access stops future charges. It does not automatically delete stored content; request deletion through the contact page.

Availability and liability

Social networks can change or suspend their APIs, and scheduled delivery cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance. The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the previous 12 months.

Governing law

[Governing law: to be confirmed.] These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be specified by the operator], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
