Information we collect

We collect account details, subscription status, connected-platform authorization tokens, scheduled content, uploaded media metadata, usage records, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

Information is used to authenticate you, publish content at your request, enforce plan limits, process payments, send transactional notices, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability.

Service providers

SocialPost relies on providers including Convex for application data, Cloudflare R2 for media, Stripe for billing, supported social networks for publishing, and the configured email and monitoring providers. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.

Retention and security

We retain information while your account is active and as needed for legal, billing, and security purposes. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may disconnect social accounts, delete media, cancel billing, and request access to or deletion of personal information through the contact page, subject to legal retention requirements.
