Who we are

Paperbird is the trading name of the scheduling service offered at paperbird.cc. [Registered legal entity: to be confirmed by the operator.] Privacy requests go through the contact form or support@paperbird.cc.

Information we collect

We collect account details, subscription status, connected-platform authorization tokens, scheduled content, uploaded media metadata, usage records, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

Information is used to authenticate you, publish content at your request, enforce plan limits, process payments, send transactional notices, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability.

Legal bases

Where a legal basis is required, we process account and publishing data to perform the contract with you, payment data to take and record payment, and technical logs for security, troubleshooting, and reliability.

Service providers

Paperbird relies on providers including Convex for application data, Cloudflare R2 for media, Stripe for billing, supported social networks for publishing, and the configured email and monitoring providers. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar storage only to run the product. After you sign in, session cookies keep you authenticated. Stripe may set cookies or local storage during checkout and the billing portal. When error monitoring is configured, Sentry may collect diagnostic data such as error reports and technical environment details.

We do not use advertising or cross-site marketing cookies, and we do not show a cookie-consent banner. Stripe and Sentry apply their own privacy terms to data they process.

Retention and security

We retain account and content data while your account is active. Connected-platform tokens stay only while that connection remains. Billing records are kept as long as payment and tax rules require. Support messages are kept as needed to handle the request. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may disconnect social accounts, delete media, and cancel billing in the product. To request a copy of your personal information, or to ask us to delete it, use the contact form. We will reply to the email you provide, subject to identity checks and legal retention (for example billing records). After a deletion request we remove personal data except where we must keep a record.
